The ACSE was founded in 1933, which meant 2023 saw us celebrate our 90th birthday.
On the 8th November, roughly 200 engineer members, friends, partners, and industry colleagues – representing over 40 consulting engineering firms, together with past presidents and former ACSE office bearers – gathered at the Museum of Contemporary Art to celebrate our 90 years.
The gala dinner featured a live band, some entertainment from our MC, a brief but amusing look back at our 90 year history, and a fantastic discussion forum featuring five former ACSE presidents stretching back to the 1970’s.
All in all it was a wonderful evening and a great occasion as Sydney’s structural engineering community came out for a fun and social celebration.
